If you want to enjoy warm water ocean swimming, head through our private pathway onto the beach, and head south. A few minutes away is the general swimming area - please note that this beach is manned by lifeguards and we strongly suggest that you swim only when the lifeguards are on duty. Adjacent to the swimming area are wonderful paddling ponds as well as a tidal pool to enjoy. * Bluff Golf Club Literally a two minute drive from our home is the famous Bluff National Golf Club. Work started 1984 to build this course, which opened in 1997. More about the golf club, its history as well as arranging a round of golf can be found here.
Head along Edwin Swales Drive towards the Bluff. You will be in Bluff Drive, at the first set of robots, turn right. Head up the hill. You will see a yellow and white roundabout, take the first turning left, drive over three traffic humps. At the T junction turn left, this is Tara Road, travel about 600m and then turn left into Club Drive , driving past the Bluff golf course. Take a left at the large Harlequins sign. At the next T junction turn left into Marine Drive. Pass the entrance to Ansteys beach on the right. We are the second driveway after this Ansteys sign. Look for 437 painted on the driveway.
