Dining at Mont Rochelle:
There are two restaurants at Mont Rochelle including the Country Kitchen which joins up to our wine cellar its an ideal place for a light lunch in the sunshine. Our main restaurant, Miko, is the setting for some fantastic gourmet meals including for those special occasions. Start the evening off with a refreshing cocktail from our bar and find a comfy space on the terrace to watch the sun set.
Country Kitchen:
Country Kitchen is opened for lunch and a short drive from the main hotel. Our casual dining restaurant is an ideal spot to take in the sunshine and views from our terrace while sampling the delights of our kitchen.
Miko:
Miko is the ideal setting for some fantastic gourmet meals including those for special occasions. We aim to showcase the very best produce and seasonal ingredients from South Africa paired with some excellent wine.
Cellar Visits:
Franschhoek is the food and wine capital of South Africa so any stay would be incomplete without a visit to the wine cellar. Over 110 tons of grapes can be processed here in one season so make sure to arrange a tour during your trip.

If you`re looking to get a bit more active we recommend a dip in the outdoor heated swimming pool. Manor House:
Manor House is a luxury villa located a short walk from the main hotel and just a stone`s throw away from the Country Kitchen. The perfect option for a family group or guests looking for a more private retreat, the Manor House features four beautifully appointed suites, kitchen, lounge, two swimming pools and gym. Manor House is available for exclusive hire all year round and can accommodate up to eight guests sharing, plus bunkroom for up to six children.

Mont Rochelle is open year-round for visitors, and our 26 rooms and suites can be booked for any length of stay. You could even hire Mont Rochelle exclusively if you`re planning a party, a wedding or just a special occasion.
Shiraz Rooms - There are four Shiraz Rooms with king-size beds and all feature courtyard or valley views.
Merlot Rooms - Our six Merlot Rooms are larger than our Shiraz Rooms and also boast king-size beds with valley views.
Cabernet Rooms - The six Cabernet Rooms are located in the Vineyard Wing and all include a private terrace overlooking the valley.
Pinotage Suites - There are four spacious Pinotage Suites located in both the Manor House and Garden House, each of which features a separate lounge and fantastic views.
Cap Classique Suites - Guests staying in our two largest rooms, our Cap Classique Suites, will enjoy a separate lounge area, a private terrace and their own plunge pool. Both suites are in the Vineyard Wing.
