Newcastle Inn, is located at the picturesque foothills of the Northern KwaZulu-Natal Drakensberg Mountains and along the Ncandu River. Located in the main business hub for northern KwaZulu-Natal.

Newcastle Inn offers rooms with full air-conditioning, satellite TV, Tea & Coffee station and hairdryers. The restaurant and bar are open 7 days a week for breakfast and dinner, and offers buffet and a la carte.
Please note the changes regarding our on-site Restaurant & Room Service.  We will only be serving Breakfast from the 20th of December 2024 to 5th January 2025.  No Dinner will be available during these dates.

At the junction of three provinces this ‘natural’destination and departure point for travellers is now the largest town in northern KwaZulu – Natal. Not only is Newcastle named after the mother of all Newcastles in northern England but it also has links with 27 sister Newcastles worldwide. Chelmsford Nature Reserve outside town is renowned for carp and bass fishing. Newcastle offers a variety of historical sites, including the Battlefields on the N11 towards Volksrust.

- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
