The Chalet with air conditioning offers 2 separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds. We also have a Day Bed in the Lounge giving comfortable accommodation up to 5 adults. You have a beautiful sea view from the main bedroom, open plan kitchen and lounge. There is a separate bathroom, with shower only. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with all utensils and appliances plus washing machine. It has a TV with various DSTV channels to choose from. The balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean is the cherry on top and if you are lucky you can do some whale watching from here. The unit offers complete privacy to the visitor with its own entrance and secure parking on site. Bath towels and linen are provided for but beach towels are not supplied.

The kitchenette is fully equipped. It has a TV with various DSTV channels to choose from. This unit also has a lovely braai patio with beautiful sea views.

The very popular Bluff Beaches are less than 3km away. There are two shopping centres close by with various restaurants and fast food outlets and delivery service, to cater for all your day to day needs.
This accommodation is also ideal for business persons with the International Airport 40km and the city centre less than 12km away. And for the keen golfer we have The Bluff Country Club, less than 3 km away.
Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or non arrival. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
Please note that guests paying by credit card are required to present a valid photo ID and the credit card upon check in. A valid drivers license, passport or ID is accepted forms of identification. Bookings where the guest is not the credit card holder will not be accepted unless the guest produces a copy of the credit card and a valid copy of the card holders ID upon check in.
Please supply a copy of your ID. Immigration Act 13 of 2002 (the Act) has been amended. Section 40(1) of the Act, read together with Regulation 36, states that, inter alia, all hotels and motels must keep a register containing details of all persons who are provided with lodging or sleeping accommodation including a copy of his or her identification document or passport.

Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. A non-refundable 50% deposit is payable to confirm the booking. A 100% non-refundable deposit is payable for single night stays. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment. Balance to be paid in full BEFORE ARRIVAL. Cash payments on arrival will only be accepted by prior arrangement.
Check-in time is from 14h00 until 18h00. Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival. Check-ins after 9 pm will incur a surcharge of R500.00. PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO CHECK INS AFTER 23H00.
Check Out Time is strictly 10h00.
Please note that this is a noise free zone. Excessive noise and drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.
This is a non-smoking unit. It will be greatly appreciated if you will refrain from smoking inside the unit. Thank you.
An R1000.00/unit security deposit is payable on arrival. This deposit includes R500.00 breakage deposit and will be refunded after departure, pending any damage or breakage. A R500.00 Cleaning Fee is also included and will be refunded after departure, pending the state of the unit, including dirty dishes.
The unit is serviced daily between 10h00 and 12h00 No cleaning on Sundays/Public Holidays, unless requested on arrival. Linen and towels are replaced as needed. To be more environmentally friendly, we do not change sheets/towels on a daily basis.
Cleaning equipment and materials available in the Broom Cupboard for your own. There is also a washing machine for your use. Additional ironing and washing of clothing can be requested at an extra cost R65.00/day
From the N3 take the M7.
Follow the M7 to the Bluff. The M7 takes you through to Marine Drive.
Turn right into Marine Drive and 1st left into Gray Park Road/ Dr Hoosen Haffejee Road.
