1. The alarm needs to be used overnight and when the house is vacant - this is for your safety.
2. Please use common sense when it comes to safety - don’t leave open doors unattended, don’t leave glass doors locked with the key in the lock, don’t leave your belongings in clear sight or reach of a window - just avoid anyone seeing a good opportunity for theft.
3. Smoking outside only, and cigarette butts to be disposed of in the ashtrays supplied.
4. Please put down umbrella overnight and in extreme windy conditions to avoid damage.
5. We recycle. Please use the two bins accordingly.
6. No more than 15 people allowed at the Guesthouse at any one time. No parties or loud noises after 23h00. It is a very family orientated suburb, so please keep that in mind.
7. Children to be watched at all times.
8. No commercial filming or photography without consent from Guest house.

10. Please remember this property is situated in a suburban / residential area. so keep the noise levels reasonable between 23h00 and 07h00.0
