Pass bridge over lagoon. After 3.2km take turn-off to your right marked "The Point". Turn immediately right, left on next corner, right on next and drive straight into Oyster Creek Lodge property.
From Port Elizabeth:
Drive through Knysna on N2 with lagoon on left hand side in direction of George. The first turn-off to your left is marked "The Point", Turn left, immediately right, left on next corner, right on next and straight into Oyster Creek Lodge property. (From end of town, cross 3 robots).
