Cancellation Policy:

- Pre-payments are not refundable under any circumstances if the cancellation occurs within 10 days prior to the arrival date.
- We reserve the right to retain the pre-payment as a cancellation fee, should we be unable to re-sell the room. - In the event of a no-show or premature departure, we will be obligated to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.
- A 25% administration fee will be deducted under all circumstances after confirmation of booking.
- Balance of payment on arrival.

Directions:

From Cape Town Take N1 North - to Paarl, take Exit R302 - Durban Rd - keep left - to Durbanville, proceed with Durban Rd to a traffic circle at circle turn Right (third exit) M58 - Koeberg Rd to Philadelphia at second traffic circle proceed straight, next possible turn turn left into Claasens Rd, 1st Right into Pelican way, we are situated on the corner of Claasens and Pelican way.
