Cancellations within 7 days prior to occupation charged 100% of deposit. Cancellation within 8-14 days prior to occupation charged 75% of deposit. Cancellation within 15-30 days prior to occupation charged 50% of deposit.
Directions:
From Cape Town Inernational Airport/ Garden Route: Exit the Airport towards N2 freeway(West)towards Cape Town. Proceed along the N2 towards Cape Town for approximately 2km, keeping to the left lane.
Look for M7 (Vanguard) turn-off and follow it. Take the M7 freeway north (to the right (Epping) after having exited off the N2), and proceed along the M7 north for approximately 12 km and exit left onto the M14 (Plattekloof Rd) turnoff.
At the Stop street turn left onto the M14. Proceed untill T-Junction (traffic lights and turn right into Koeberg Road. Proceed along Koeberg road and at 2nd set of traffic lights turn left into Blaauwberg Rd (M14).
Pass 3 sets of traffic lights and turn left into Janssens Rd at the 4th traffic lights(at yellow house). Proceed along Janssens, passing school on right untill the 4-way stop street. Pentzhaven is directly opposite the stop on the right(nr 76 Pentz Drive)
From Cape Town CBD/ V&A Waterfront: Take N1 freeway from town and exit left onto R27/ Otto du Plessis Drive. Proceed for approx 10km untill M14/Blaauwberg Rd traffic lights. Turn right into M14/Blaauwberg Rd. At next traffic light turn right into Pentz Drive. Proceed to nr.76 (on right)
