- All cancellations to be in writing in order to be valid
- 7 days or less forfeit total value of booking including no show, earlier departure
- 8 to 14 days forfeit 75% total value of the booking
- 15 to 21 days forfeit 50% total value of the booking
- 22 to 30 days forfeit the deposit in full (i.e. 50%)
