We are not affected by Eskom load shedding as we are the only establishment in Graaff-Reinet to have a backup system in place, so don`t worry about flat batteries on your stay with us.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to visit - full deposit can be refunded minus R25 admin fee.
Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the visit forfeit 25% of the total deposit minus R25 admin fee. Cancellations between 14 and 1 days prior to the visit forfeit 100% of the total deposit.
For non-arrival/no show/premature departure 100% of total booking quoted is payable.

Directions:

Travelling from the north (Johannesburg or Bloemfontein):
Upon entering Graaff-Reinet there is a Caltex petrol station (Botha's Garage) on your left and Caledon Street directly opposite on your right.
Turn right into Caledon Street, proceed towards the mountain, continue past the Dutch Reformed Church, to the four-way stop turn right, straight up in Queen Street, three blocks further on your left, no 23.

Travelling from the South (Cape Town or Port Elizabeth):
Upon entering Graaff-Reinet, proceed straight up Church Street towards the Dutch Reformed Church.
Continue around the Dutch Reformed Church, at the three way stop continue straight past the municipal buildings on you right. Keep straight.
You will now enter Queen Street.
Continue straight past the turnoff to your right going to the Swiss, Panorama training centre.
We are about three houses on the right at no 23.
