Red Mountain House is situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Clarens. Built in a Neo-Colonial style, the Red Mountain House complex was opened in June 2003.

You can enjoy an in-house shopping experience where a wide range of African curios, gifts, arts and crafts and local art are on sale. Alternatively browse through "Present a fly" our in house fly-fishing store.

Accommodation is on the first floor of the complex, each room adjoins a balcony, the ideal place to sit and admire the views of the surrounding mountains or gardens of Market Square whilst enjoying a sundowner.

For your comfort, under tile heating takes the chill from cold winter nights whilst ceiling fans cool those balmy summer evenings.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations with 21 days of booking date subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Within 14 days deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. If any refunds are paid they are at the discretion of the owner and will be subject to a 25% admin fee and dependednt on ability to le-let the rooms. Clients will be held for the full cost of bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival.

- Turn right into Clarens and proceed up the hill.
- The Village square will be facing you.
- Red Mountain House is situated on the left hand side of the square and is the only double storey building. You cant miss us!
