Rondekuil is centrally situated making it an ideal base from where to explore the surrounding area and the Cape Peninsula. Rondekuil, in the country, about 10 minutes drive from Durbanville and 25 minutes from the heart of Cape Town CBD, is positioned amongst rolling hills with breath-taking views of the Boland Mountain Ranges and Table Mountain.

We go all out to make sure weddings and functions are thoroughly planned and organized so our clinets can relax in the knowledge that their wedding/function will run smoothly.

Conference Venue: Rondekuil offers a conferencing venue in a tranquil, rural environment, overlooking landscaped gardens. This provides a great opportunity for delegates to break away, chill out and focus effectively, in quiet surroundings, on matters at hand! The conference venue can comfortably accommodate from 5 up to 120 delegates and rates are negotiable.
Accommodation at Rondekuil: Leeulaagte Cottages The two Cape Colonial-style cottages with reed ceilings, each have front veranda where guests can relax in an easy chair and enjoy stunning views of the swimming pool, dam, landscaped garden, farmlands and the river area. Each cottage sleeps four and both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The cottages` kitchenettes have granite working surfaces and are well equipped with microwave oven, inside braai/barbeque, two plate stove, refrigerator and kettle. Located between the two cottages, is a sheltered braai/barbeque and swimming pool area, which provides a wonderful environment for outside entertainment and relaxation.
De Rondawel Comfortably sleeps six and has a main bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, and another two bedroom, which share a family bathroom. The open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room area as well as the recreation room on the mezzanine floor provide adequate, comfortable space for entertainment and relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, including an oven, microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator etc. De Rondawel has been decorated in an Africa theme. Stainless steel braai/barbeque units provided. Guests staying in De Rondawel are welcome to make use of the swimming pool area at the main farm house, which includes a thatched lapa with a braai/barbeque facility.
The Old Farm House The Old Farm House has been divided into three spacious self-catering apartments. There are nice verandas with views of the gardens and countryside, which one can enjoy while relaxing in an easy chair. These accommodation units, which are also Pet friendly, are normally let on a medium- to longer-term bases, but are periodically available for short-term rentals. The Old Farm House Unit 1 has a double bedroom, a large lounge, dining room and well equipped, farm-sized kitchen as well as a bathroom. This is a comfortable, spacious unit with plenty of character and a number of valuable antiques. The Old Farm House Units 2 and 3 each have a comfortable double bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen and a lounge-cum-dining room.
The Country Lodge Country Lodge 1: has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large, open-plan kitchen- lounge-dining room area. It has mainly thatched ceilings, while the floors are tiled and there is a cosy fireplace. This unit has a balcony from which there are wonderful views of the countryside and vineyards. It has an enclosed, lawned back garden, which is a nice area for children to play and for exercising and retaining pets.
Country Lodge 2, 3, 4 & 5: These units are cosy double bedrooms, which each have an en-suite bathroom. All units have covered verandas with nice views, where one can relax and appreciate the country ambiance. Please Note: These are not self-catering units. Supervised young families are welcome. Management cannot accept responsibility for children`s safety at any time. Pets are welcome too, please arrange when booking.

- Swim and relax around a pool. Safe walks with lovely countryside and mountain views. - Jogging or riding bicycles along farm roads passing wheat fields, vineyards and dairy farms. - Bird watching at Rondekuil can be exceedingly rewarding - see the listing of birds, which have been observed on the farm. - Heal skin ailments and eliminate skin blemishes using a plant called "bulbinella", which grows prolifically on Rondekuil. - Join Ecoventures on a "retreat" on Rondekuil.

Directions:
From Durbanville: - At the traffic circle at the end of Durban/Main Road and take the road to Philadelphia (M58). Continue along this road (which is Koeberg Road), passing D'Urbanvale on the left hand side, after which one enters the countryside. - Continue past Diemersdal Wine Estate, which is on the left hand side. - Drive for about 7km and turn left into Malanshoogte Road, which is a gravel road. - After about 800 metres turn right at the Rondekuil signs, which are on both sides of the private road leading to Rondekuil. Drive for about 2 km on this road until the end of the long barn, which runs parallel to the road. - Take the first road to your left; the reception office is about 200m along this road.
