- Less than 7 Days: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the full booking amount.
- 8 to 14 Days: Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days prior will forfeit 75% of the booking amount.
- 15 to 21 Days: Cancellations made between 15 and 21 days prior will forfeit 50% of the booking amount.
- 30 Days: Cancellations made 30 days prior will not be subject to a cancellation fee.

- Eviction Rights: The owners reserve the right to evict any individual from Rothman Manor’s premises at any time during their stay if they create a nuisance or disturbance to the manager, owners, or other guests.
- Access to Facilities: Rothman Manor facilities are exclusively for resident guests. No day visitors are permitted without prior consent from the manager/owner, which will be granted at their sole discretion. Right of admission is reserved.
- Child Supervision: Parents are responsible for the supervision, care, and safety of their children at all times.
- Age Restrictions: Children under 8 years old are not permitted without prior consent from the management.
- Liability Disclaimer: Rothman Manor is indemnified against any loss or damage to your persons, property, or vehicles, as well as any illness or misfortune incurred during your visit. Such matters are the sole responsibility of the guest.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of R3000.00.
