Sgegede Lodges & Tours

Set in a tranquil and leafy suburb of Pretoria, Sgegede Lodges & Tours is a place where one goes to either re-energise, relax, conference or just to enjoy the city at a leisurely place.

We offer 17 comfortably furnished en-suite rooms with a television set, coffee/tea station, telephone, fan/heater and a refrigerator.  Our rooms are divided into Single, Double and Quad rooms. Single rooms have got one double bed; Double rooms have a single and a double bed whilst Quad rooms have two double beds.

We offer laundry services at minimum extra cost and provide in-room ironing facilities on request.  We offer bed and breakfast services but in case you are one of those that prefer to cook for themselves, then all you need is to just ask and we are happy to avail our facilities. Lunch and Dinner is on request and will be charged separately.

We offer conferencing facilities for up to 50 pax with a digital projector and screen, flip chart, white board, stationery, juice/water on the tables and meals.

There is really no better way to relax than to put your feet up and either read a magazine or watch satellite television in our spacious lounge.  The Lounge also affords one the opportunity to interact and network with some of our esteemed guests.  When feeling a bit hot, we suggest that you take a splash into our relatively small swimming pool while your friend/partner/colleague/relative smokes a cigarette or sits and relaxes in our garden.

While staying with us, it is really not a bad idea to invite a few friends over, buy some meat and braai on the premises.  If your major goal is to visit places of interest, then you are encouraged to stay with us because we are just a few minutes away from the National Zoological Gardens, Vootrekker Monument, Union buildings, Zwartkop and Loftus Versfeld Stadium.

All our public areas are monitored by CCTV and a neighbourhood protection company is on standby to enforce the law in and around our premises.  We offer safe parking space within the confines of the guesthouse and the owner is 24 hours at hand to ensure the smooth and timeous running of business.

Our rooms are divided into Single, Double, Quad rooms and Family rooms. Single rooms have got one double bed; Double rooms have 2 x double beds, Quad rooms have 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed and Family rooms have 3 double beds.
