The magnificent mountains and Agatha forests above Tzaneen are home to Sherwood`s Country House, a charming small Victorian country house, owned and run by Derek and Daniel Wesley.
Take tea in the gazebo, walk through the forests or relax in the gardens birdwatching. Sip a drink in the bar before enjoying good home cooking using farm fresh produce.

There are several short scenic walks from the country house including:-
A walk to Kings Walden garden .You may either walk from Sherwoods or take a short drive to the entrance and then spend a good few hours strolling and admiring the spectacular views through the formal garden which forms part of the botanical route in the area.
A bird walk through cultured and indigenous forest around the dam at Sherwoods.
An evening stroll around our main house, for a breathtaking country view of the milky way.
