Welcome to Silver Tides Seaside Accommodation for the holiday maker or visiting business executive. Enjoy warm hospitality and comfortable accommodation; we are ideally situated 150 m from the beach.
We have Six stylishly decorated Self Catering Units. Each of our units are equipped with Wi-Fi internet access.
We have two spacious upper level studio apartments with Sea Views which sleeps 3 guests comfortably; each unit consists of a Queen bed and a single sleeper. Both units have fully equipped kitchens with granite tops, the units have separate bathrooms, There is a floor fan in each unit.
Two of our ground floor units have garden views, which sleep four guests each, one unit has two Queen Beds and the other unit has One Queen Bed and two Single Beds. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite tops; the units have two bathrooms, the main bedroom being an en suite.
There is also a separate cottage which also has garden views which sleeps two guests comfortably; the cottage has one double Bed with an en suite bathroom, there is also a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area and air con.
The Beach House: This modern spacious Semi Detached Duplex consists of 4 Bedrooms with queen size beds, 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and one bedroom has a separate bathroom. It comes with a fully fitted open plan lounge, dinning area and kitchen with modern conveniences, fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster etc. , and satellite TV (Hotel Package), Linen Supplied (Please bring your own Beach Towels), private BBQ area and Parking behind locked gates for 2 vehicles. Please note that this unit is cleaned once a week at no additional cost no services on Weekends and public holidays.

Check in time is 14h00 and departure time is 10h00. Early arrivals and late arrivals can be arranged on request and whenever possible.
Terms and Conditions:
OCCUPANCY: No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation, Silver tides is strictly for paying guests only, no visitors allowed. The number of people is restricted to the number of beds per unit. Should you not fully occupy your unit it does not entitle you to invite your own “guests or family” to fill the compliment. (If management suspects that the above rule is being transgressed, they reserve the right to carry an inspection of the unit anytime during the day or night)
SMOKING: SILVER TIDES is a NON-SMOKING Establishment. Please do not discard cigarette butts in and around the garden. Ashtrays are provided. NOISE: No loud music, fireworks, drugs or loud noise is tolerated on the property, sound levels should not be a nuisance to other guests and /or neighbours. Guests are not allowed to host private parties/functions at Silver Tides this is a quiet residential area.
HOUSKEEPING: All units are cleaned daily except on weekends and public holidays at no additional cost.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: Please inform Deon or Megan if you require any assistance.
KEYS: Please ensure that you have your keys with you at all times. On day of departure please hand keys in at reception.
PARKING: A parking bay is allocated per unit and is strictly for guests only.
MONKEYS : PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE MONKEYS, ensure when leaving your unit all windows and doors are closed, if not, they will find a way in and steel your food.
GENERAL When leaving your unit at any time unoccupied, please lock the main door. This also applies for your departure. Please do not sit on the furniture and bedding with wet bathing suits, dirty clothing, food or drinks. Bath towels may not be used at the beach, Please remove sandy shoes before entering the house, No fish may be cleaned on the premises, Washing of vehicles and or equipment on the premises is prohibited, Upon departure please make sure that the premises are generally tidy. Please use electricity and water wisely and switch off most lights when out or not using a room. Pets are not allowed in the Establishment. Please keep your valuables in a safe place at all times Silver Tides is not responsible for any losses. From King Shaka International Airport take the N2 southbound towards Port Shepstone. Take the M7 turn off onto (Solomon Mahlangu / Edwin Swales Drive.) On Solomon Mahlangu /Edwin Swales Dr, turn left onto Bluff Road, at the 1st traffic lights turn right onto Old Mission Rd. At the traffic circle go left onto Bideford Rd / ZintoCele Rd (school on your right hand side). Turn left onto Tara Rd and 1st right onto Club Rd (you will pass a golf course). At the yield sign turn left onto Marine Drive, then turn right into Foreshore Drive (beach turnoff) and continue along the road, you will pass the Green Dolphin Restaurant on your left continue along, and just after 4 Shore Accommodation, turn right up this road (surf shop sign) and we are number 481 at the top of the road next door to the backpackers on your left.
