The Lord Charles Hotel is only 3 min. away from us. Close by the Winelands and the beaches of the False Bay. To the airport you need in only 25 min.

- Hermanus is built along the shores of Walker Bay near the Southern most tip of Africa.
- The University Town, Stellenbosch is only 20 km (15 min.) drive.
- Sir Lowry's Pass, about 10 min. drive is the best place to have a bird's eye view over False Bay and Somerset West, and if the - weather permits, you also see the lovely view to Cape Town.
- Paarl and Franschhoeck, situated on the Wine Route are approximately 80 - 100 km from Somer Place.
- Cape Town, the "Mother City" is only 40 km from here, about 30 min. drive.

Cancellations made 60 Days prior to the agreed arrival date, 100% of the deposit paid back.
Cancellations made 30 Days prior to the agreed arrival date 90% of the deposit paid back.
Cancellations made between 30 - 15 Days prior to the agreed arrival date 50% of the deposit paid back. Cancellations made between 14 - 8 Days prior to the agreed arrival date no deposit paid back.
Cancellations made 7 Days prior to the agreed arrival date no deposit paid back and the Remaining amount to be paid.

Directions:

From the airport you go on the N2 in direction to Somerset West;
After 20 minutes drive you turn off : "Exit 43 - Somerset West" in direction Stellenbosch/Somerset West (R44):
First crossing (traffic lights) turn right in direction of Somerset West City (Main road);
Then second robot turn right ( Pintail Way )
Follow the signs: left, right, left and after 200m on the left-hand side Somer Place B&B
