Southeaster offers 4 modern self-catering suites for holiday and
business travelers, singles, couples and families.
For your comfort, all
suites are fitted with hospitality beds, fresh linen and toweling, fresh pool
towels, ceiling fans, a Smart UHD Bluetooth TV for Netflix and streaming, a
hairdryer, an iron and ironing board. All suites are fitted with a kitchenette
providing a kettle, toaster, refrigeration, a microwave only for heat and eat
meals, kitchenware. For leisure, enjoy the solar-heated pool or outdoor hot/cold
shower, tables and benches, for the exclusive use of our booked guests. Or a
leisurely stroll will lead you to the nearby restaurant hub and beaches of
Bloubergstrand.
Our
location provides plentiful restaurants and take-aways, and other convenient
amenities including supermarkets, a pharmacy and laundries. There are numerous
MyCiTi bus rapid transit (BRT) stations with routes that cover the greater
Blouberg area, including the popular route between Blouberg and Cape Town’s CBD
and V&A Waterfront. Cape Town International Airport (CPT) is less than 30km
(½ hour drive) away.
Bloubergstrand/Table View is a seaside suburb of the City of Cape Town, South Africa, along the shores of Table Bay, 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) due north of the city centre of Cape Town. The name Bloubergstrand literally means “blue mountain beach” in Afrikaans, and is derived from Blaauwberg (231 metres (758 ft)), a nearby hill. Bloubergstrand is mainly a residential area, and attracts large numbers of visitors especially kitesurf enthusiasts. The beach at Bloubergstrand is a popular location for a classic view of Table Mountain across the bay and is one of the world’s top kitesurf destinations. Robben Island is located 6.9 kilometres (4.3 mi) west of the coast of Bloubergstrand.

Daisy and Copper studios offer a comfortably furnished suite for singles or couples. George is a 2 bedroom apartment accommodating up to 3 guests. The open plan lounge and kitchenette showcase views of the majestic Table Mountain (weather permitting). The kitchenette is equipped and includes a large fridge and washing machine. Dennis cottage offers 2.5 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge opens up the large solar-heated swimming pool. The kitchenette is equipped and fitted with a large fridge and washing machine.

A modern and spacious ground-level 2 bedroom tiled cottage that accommodates up to 6 guests. The comfortably furnished lounge faces the pool and is open plan to the dining table/benches and open plan kitchenette, equipped with a microwave only for heat/eat meals, kettle, toaster, large fridge, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and plasticware. The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and two closets, and has an open plan adjoining room fitted with 2 single beds. The large 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and closet. Separate full bathroom provides shower, bath, WC and basin.
A modern upstairs 2 bedroom tiled suite that accommodates up to 3 guests. The comfortably furnished open plan living area, with Table Mountain view (weather permitting), flows to the equipped kitchenette with a microwave only for heat/eat meals, kettle, toaster, large fridge, washing machine, cutlery, crockery and plasticware. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and closet. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a single bed and closet. Both bedrooms overlook the pool. The separate bathroom provides a shower, WC and basin.
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
* A copy of ID, Passport or
Drivers Licence of all booked guests is required on or prior to check-in.
* The credit card used for the
online deposit must be present at check-in and correspond to the booking guest
name.
* A damage deposit of R1,500
per suite is payable by EFT prior to check-in, refundable by EFT within 3 days
of check-out.
* Parties, events and pets are
not permitted.
* Quiet hours 22h00-08h00.
* Smoking of any product of any
form, inside of any suite, is strictly prohibited.
* Microwave for heat/eat meals.
No stove, oven, hob or hotplate is available.
* Children of 3 years and older
are welcome and are to be accompanied by an adult at all times. The pool is
ungated.
* Facilities are for the
exclusive use and enjoyment of booked guests only.
We regret no children under the age of 3. Children aged between 3 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
