Springfontein Hospitality - Springfontein Wine Estate is breathtakingly beautiful, the people are warm, and the ocean, with its icy wind that blows across the vineyards, is close by. Along with the cool climate, pure limestone soils, we are able to hand harvest the best of what our place gives us as beautiful fruit, from which we carefully handcraft natural wines that are structured, yet elegant and well balanced.

Our restaurant, Springfontein Eats, is set on our working wine farm, we keep things down to earth. Home grown and foraged herbs and vegetables, locally sourced fish and meats. Look for locavore food, with a hint of molecular gastronomy.

Throw the white gloves out the window, and keep all the flavour and finesse a Michelin starred team brings to the table. We look forward to meeting you, treating you, and showing you what we are all about. We have an extensive wine list, with South African boutique wineries, overseas gems, and our own Springfontein wines, including older vintages.
