We have two fully equipped studio apartments on the top floor of the guesthouse with the entrance doors facing each other ~ The Bay Window Studio Apartment and The Large Balcony Studio Apartment.
The apartments, both with private balconies~ have beautiful views of the sea and part of Robben Island with magnificent sunsets in winter.
The Large Balcony Studio (Sleeps two adults sharing) Double sleeper couch is available for two children at R500 extra.
The Bay Window Studio Apartment with balcony (Sleeps two adults sharing) King size bed or twin beds. ( An extra mattress and bedding on request ~ R500 extra.)
The Apartments are fully equipped with a four plate stove/oven, Fridge/Freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Tea and coffee tray. Also available TV/DSTV, hair dryer, safe and music centre.
Downstairs we have The Mid-Level Bedroom en-suite with a spa bath and overhead shower. The Mid-Level Bedroom en-suite has no kitchenette but is equipped for self-catering with crockery and cutlery.
The bedroom also has a 49 inch TV/ DSTV channels, microwave, Tea and coffee tray, bar fridge and music centre. The Mid-Level bedroom has its own entrance with French doors leading onto a veranda.
Breakfast: Self-catering option or ( Hot breakfast ) supplied to room, any time from 7am onward at R85 extra per person. Complimentary muesli, instant oats, tea, coffee and sugar are always available in all the accommodation units.

From Cape Town International Airport
Take the N2 highway towards Cape Town city
At the end of the highway proceed up BUITENGRACHT ROAD,turn right at the second intersection into Western Blvd.Follow the road for 1.8 km until you reach the Green Point circle,take the first arm left to Sea Point and the first road right into Main road to Sea Point.After 120 meters on your left you will see ULTRA LIQUORS, take the 2nd road after ULTRA Liqours, left into WIGTOWN ROAD.
Once you are in Wigtown Road take the second left into DYSART ROAD.
Look for the fourth house on the right number 13 Dysart road, STADIUM GUEST HOUSE
