Summer Hill Guest Farm is a working farm with olive and fruit trees, market garden and chickens. It is also a tortoise sanctuary with bunnies, guinea pigs, a pony and donkey. We strive to be as green as possible, with our own water, a solar farm and waste recycling.
The guest lounge and dining room which leads on to the pool, known fondly as the Summerhouse, is where your farm house breakfast will be served.
On site facilities include a swimming pool, braai/barbecue area and pizza oven, laundry facilities, bird watching, farm interactions and so much more.
Worcester is one of the most beautiful creations with its mountainous landscape and offers far more activities than you can keep yourself busy with. It is truly a paradise for the nature lover and the sports enthusiast.
Eagles Loft is a family suite with a double bed and two single beds downstairs and two single beds in the loft. It has a full bathroom with bath and shower and its own lounge/kitchenette. Eagles Loft opens onto the veranda and a beautiful view.
These rooms can accommodate two people, either in double or twin beds. It has en-suite bathrooms with shower and fully equipped kitchenette with dining table and couch, private entrance and deck with mountain views. Television and Air-conditioning.

Porcupine Place is a large room with shower room en-suite, it has a king bed and a double bunk (or four single beds). There is a kitchenette and a table and chairs.
Robins Nest is a tranquil room inside the main farm house with a Victorian bathroom and garden view.

Travelling from Cape Town (1hr 20m)
Take the N1 highway in the direction of Paarl. Stay on the N1 until you arrive in Worcester. Take the flyover, at the top turn off to the left into Brandwacht. (Sign posted Altona Boulevard/Worcester West) Drive past two traffic circles and on to the stop Street. There are now houses in front of you. At the stop street turn right drive straight up past all the houses, the road bears right, keep going and Summerhill is on the right. (About 3 km from the stop street.)
Travelling from Johannesburg (12hr)
Drive on the N1 highway in the direction of Cape Town. When arriving in Worcester take the flyover turn off (just after the Casino) to the right into Brandwacht. (Sign posted Altona Boulevard/Worcester West) Drive past two traffic circles and on to the stop Street. There are now houses in front of you. At the stop street turn right drive straight up past all the houses, the road bears right, keep going and Summerhill is on the right. (About 3 km from the stop street.)
Travelling from Robertson (Route 62) (30m)
Driving to Worcester from Robertson, You will reach the T-junction of the Robertson Road and High Street. Turn left into Hoogstraat (High street), drive along High Street all the way until you get to the end of the shops. At the traffic lights at the intersection of High Street and Trappies Street turn right following the sign boards to the N1 and Cape Town. Drive through the traffic circle and directly over the N1 into Brandwacht. (Sign posted Altona Boulevard/Worcester West) Drive past two traffic circles and on to the stop Street. There are now houses in front of you. At the stop street turn right drive straight up past all the houses, the road bears right, keep going and Summerhill is on the right. (About 3 km from the stop street.)

Taking the R43 (Villiersdorp High Street) towards Worcester until you get to the T Junction in Worcester, you are now on Durban Street. Turn right and drive to the second traffic light. Turn left into Trappies street and follow the sign boards to the N1 and Cape Town. Drive through the traffic circle and directly over the N1 into Brandwacht.
