Sunny Lane - Our two elegant self-contained suites are in the heart of Franschhoek village, within walking distance of excellent restaurants and shops.
Each suite has a patio, overlooking a beautiful swimming pool. They are an extension of our Victorian family home, but are completely separate with their own private entrance.
The suites are approached along a secluded, lavender-lined lane leading to the swimming pool.
Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool, and braai facilities are available.
You can also use our mountain bikes to explore the picturesque village and its surrounds.
The two-roomed suite has a spacious lounge with an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom and full bathroom en-suite with bath and shower. The lounge has a sleeper couch, ideal for children or another adult.
The one-roomed suite consists of a bedroom, with kitchenette and bathroom (shower only). The bedroom’s French doors open out onto a private patio/garden which has lovely views.

* In the winter months, under floor heating keeps the rooms beautifully warm.
As you approach Franschhoek on the main road, look out for the BP garage on the left hand side.
Turn left immediately after that up La Cotte Street.
Go over two intersections, and at the third one, turn right into Akademie Street.
We are on the right hand side, number 30.
Simply park next to the green gate, and walk down the lavender-lined lane to meet your hosts, Pete and Barbara Hathorn.
