Relax, watch the sunset over the Cullinan Dam, and spend time at the beautiful pool, lapa area, and gardens. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, secure parking, a braai area, a lapa with outdoor seating, and a swimming pool. In addition, the guesthouse is completely off the grid and utilises solar energy, gas geysers, and a backup generator.
The spacious Sunset Bungalows can accommodate up to 10 people and is located separately from the main property. Each unit is furnished with comfortable bunk beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. For family bookings, bunk beds can be swapped for a double bed on request. The bungalows offer comfortable seating, tea and coffee facilities, 2-plate stoves, and fridges.
Guests have the use of a private braai area but will also share the use of the communal swimming pool and braai facilities at the main property.
There is a hall for functions and parties at the bungalows that can be rented out additionally or separately.
The double-storey Sunset Cottage family is perfect for 5. The semi-open-plan ground floor is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, a comfortable lounge area, and a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, a microwave, a dining area, and a pantry. The loft offers a single bed on the landing, and the private bedroom contains twin beds that can convert to a king-size bed and a cot. The unit has 2 bathrooms fitted with a bath or walk-in shower The spacious open-plan Sunset Cottages are ideal for 4 people and are furnished with king-size beds that can convert to twin beds on request and double sleeper couches. Each cottage has a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a toilet. Each cottage has a kitchenette that is equipped with a 2-plate stove, a bar fridge, and a dining area. The Sunset Cottage Family and Sunset Cottages are all equipped with smart TVs and Wi-Fi access, and guests can access streaming services using their login details. The cottage opens to a verandah with an outdoor dining area and seating overlooking the Cullinan Diamond Mine‘s dam.
Guests have access to a communal boma, pool, braai areas, and an honesty bar with beverages and firewood. For added convenience, a self-serving continental breakfast is put in the fridge for guests, including cereal, cold meat, cheese, yoghurt, eggs, juice, coffee, tea, and rusks.

Summer temperatures reach high twenties and can exceed 30 degrees Celcius, but the area has mild winters with only a few cold days, where morning temperature drops below 10 degrees Celcius. Winter mid-day temperatures usually exceed 20 degrees Celcius.

* Entry to the property will be closed between the hours of 21h00 and 06h00.
* For the safety of our guests and everyone on the property, we lock the gate at night, and there is a curfew. However, we are happy to make arrangements for guests who are attending weddings, etc., who might need to come in later.
* Unfortunately, we do not allow additional visitors or parties. Only checked-in guests are allowed on the property.
* There is a hall for functions and parties at the bungalows, that can be rented out additionally or separately.

* All units are solar-powered with gas geysers and stoves. Please do not use multiple appliances at once.
* Hair dryers may only be used between 07h00 and 09h00 and 19h00 and 21h00 while the generator is running.
* Strictly no smoking. Vaping is allowed on the verandas, at the pool, and in braai areas, not indoors.
* 4 Braai areas are available to all guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
* The pool is a shared space; please be considerate of other guests.
* Swimming towels are provided.
* No glassware from the cottages at the pool. Plastic glasses and plates are provided.
* We have 3 friendly dogs that run freely on the property.
