Surfers Dream Muizenberg Beach - This two bedroom modern family apartment overlooks Sunrise Beach in Muizenberg, Cape Town. Large windows provide for incredible views over False Bay and the rest of the South Peninsula area.
The open plan living leads to an enclosed patio and outside to an open balcony area with uninterrupted views over False Bay. The main bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bath and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower and toilet with washbasin.
The kitchen is partly open plan, connected to a large open plan living area. Great for entertaining guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts expected of a modern apartment. Free high speed WiFi is available throughout. There is secure parking for one vehicle and street parking if additional parking is required.

Home to one of the worlds’ best learn-to-surf beaches and the warmest waters on the Cape Town coastline, Muizenberg is a must visit holiday destination while in Cape Town. There are many tourist attractions in the area with walking tours on offer from Muizenberg Tours and Travel. For breakfast, there is an abundance of choice. Hang Ten cafe is a local surfers hangout and institutional cafes like Empire Cafe and Gaslight have been local favourites for many years. This area is home to incredible restaurants, and a vibrant nightlife with Tigers Milk and Live-bait only short walk from the apartment. Live music is regularly hosted at the Striped Horse, with it’s in-house striped horse craft beers proving very popular. Take a walk through the old part of town (Palmer Road) an interesting collection shops and coffee shops where locals show off their crafts and trade. The Blue Bird Garage Market is also a hot favourite for a Friday night. This is where all the locals congregate after a long week of work and surf. Visitors can enjoy a coastal walk from Muizenberg to Kalk Bay that includes the historical mile. This part of the walk features some wonderful historical buildings including the SA Police Museum, Casa Labia, Rhodes Cottage and Het Posthuys which dates back to 1742 and is one of the oldest buildings in South Africa.

Reservation Terms. The deposit payment of 100% of the total booking is required to secure the booking. No bookings made are confirmed until a deposit payment has been received. Once the deposit has been received the accommodation is booked and confirmed.
A once off service fee R830 per booking.
A daily linen fee of R32 per day.
A daily cleaning fee of R80 per day, that accumulates to a weekly clean (not a daily clean).
These costs above will be included in the accommodation total, upon enquiry.
Minimum 2 night booking is required. Arrival between 2pm and 5pm.
Please note that parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are between 10pm (22h00) till 6am (06h00) and disturbing the peace will result in immediate eviction. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. An airport transfer to the property is available at an additional fee of R650 plus luggage costs if a trailer needs to be hired. Late arrivals are allowed by prior arrangement only and subject to an additional fee of R400 if after 5pm.
Key collection: Check in is from 2pm - 5pm, Monday to Friday at 165 Main Road, Muizenberg. Here a staff member will welcome you and answer any questions about the area with any local tips you may be interested in. Please ensure you contact us to give us your estimated arrival time prior to arrival. If you are due to arrive outside of the office hours, you will need to proceed to the secondary key collection point. Please ensure you are in contact with the office so we can ensure a smooth check in.
