Surval Boutique Olive Estate is situated approximately 4,5 km outside Oudtshoorn (on the R328 road) at the foot of the majestic Swartberg Mountain range (a UNESCO World Heritage site) in the Klein Karoo and offers the ideal overnight stop from the Cape Winelands (or anywhere else in the country) on the way to the Garden Route, or as a base from which to explore the Klein Karoo region. We are in close proximity to the Cango Caves and many of the other attractions surrounding Oudtshoorn.

We offer accommodation fit for a king (and his family), with 31 stylish and luxurious rooms, in a serene farm setting, ranging from our cosy and comfortable Honeymoon Suite, Luxury and Standard rooms to kids friendly Family rooms, and single rooms for the single traveler.

All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, free WiFi, valuables safe, mini bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities and a separate entrance.

Cold winter evenings can be spent in the Orchard Room, our communal lounge, with luxurious leather couches, where you can spend time with friends in a cosy setting, or curled up with a favorite book and a glass of red wine.

Honeymoon Suite
Spend a memorable night cocooned in the luxury and comfort of our specially decorated honeymoon suite. Whether newlywed, or celebrating many years of being together with the one you love, you will experience comfort and opulence that will make this a stay you will remember for many years to come. This luxurious room is furnished to the highest standard with only the best furnishings and fabrics. It is open plan in design, and offers a beautiful open Roman bath in front of the comfortable king size bed, as well as a separate shower.

Family Unit - (sleep 5)
Our spacious Family Unit has two separate rooms, a king size bed on the ground level and 3 single beds in the loft room, interconnected by a staircase with access to a private balcony. Don Carlo is individually styled to complement your true South African stay. The shared bathroom consists of a spa bath and separate walk in shower.

Our spacious Family Units have two separate rooms of which one is a loft room inter connected by a spiral staircase. Both rooms can be converted into either a twin or double room. The ground level consists of a bath and separate walk in shower and the loft room consists of a shower only. Each room is individually styled to complement your true South African stay.

Our luxurious rooms can be converted into either a double or twin room with a view of the dam and panoramic views of the surrounding Swartberg mountains. The en-suite bathroom consists of a bath and overhead shower.

Our tastefully decorated rooms can be converted into either a twin or double room with an en-suite bathroom with shower only.

Budget Room (shower only)
Our single room Amfissa is a loft room (on the second floor with access via the guest lounge) suitable for one, single guest. This room is tastefully decorated with one single bed and an open plan bathroom with shower only.
