The property is located on a large level erf, fully walled with electric fencing. The main dwelling is graceful, stylish and flamboyant. Art deco design cues remain. The separate accommodation units are accessed via their own entrance, through the dining / reception area and down a paved walkway. The end of the short walkway ends in an oasis of green: a modernised garden complete with pond and water feature.

Each room consists of a king size bed, work desk, cupboard unit, tea / coffee station, TV, air-conditioning and its own bathroom. Each bathroom consists of a shower, basin and toilet with tasteful finishes and amenities.
