The Homestead Margate is a modern guest house in Margate with 19 spacious rooms. Some en-suite rooms equipped with a Spa-bath. From the huge 3 x balconies on every floor, there are magnificent breaker-views from Lucien Beach all the way down to South broom. Some rooms have air con & others have fans. Dstv consist of SABC, Etv, Mnet, 2 x movie channels & 3 x sport channels.
We have a boardroom seating 10 for small business meetings. The Homestead Margate caters with full breakfast overlooking the ocean & consist of Cereals, Juice, Filter coffee, fresh sliced fruits, yogurt, cheese, jams, cold meats, bake beans, bread for own toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, variation of tomato, mushrooms & either pork / beef / chicken sausages.
We have a lovely swimming pool with ocean view. Secure open parking on the premises behind a remote gate.
The Homestead Margate is walking distance from the beaches and Margate central. Well trained staff will ensure that you will have an unforgettable holiday. The Homestead Margate, with superb facilities is one of the largest guest houses on the lower South Coast. No Self catering, bed & breakfast only.
