The Icon  -  Note that this apartment does not suffer from power outages as gets power priority due to being in same zone as close by hospital.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with washer, microwave, hob, oven, all crockery and pots/pans.  There is a small dining area for 2. The lounge has a large couch and a separate chair and coffee table.  There is a 34 inch smart flat screen television which is connected to Netflix.  For Work from Home guests, the internet is very stable and comes into the building via a large fibre line and is distributed by copper to the apartment.  Currently our default package is at 20 MBPS but can easily and inexpensively be upgraded to 30, 50 or even 100 MBPS. The current package is more than adequate for a ZOOM meeting.

Also note that the home theatre speakers in the photo of the television in the lounge are no longer there, and we do not advertise this apartment with this facility.

The lounge / living area has air conditioning and the bedroom is equipped with a fan (not a ceiling fan).  The bedroom is quite spacious with built in wardrobes and a king size bed.  A fan is supplied for the hot summer months. There are bedside tables and lamps.  The bathroom is spacious with a large bath and a separate shower, basin and toilet.  The bathroom is accessed from the main bedroom and also from the apartment hallway (so 2 entrances) for ease of access (no need to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom).

There is a Juliette Balcony off the lounge - this is a balcony just large enough to stand on.  The apartment has its own designated secure parking with direct access via elevator to the apartment.

There is a full gym and pleasant pool area which guests can access for free.  Kitchen and Bathroom- what we supply / include.  Please note that this is a self catering apartment and our rental rates are very reasonable - we will supply a certain amount of consumables but you should top up if in danger of running out of toilet paper or soap (there is a Clicks store opposite the Icon where all toiletries / detergents can be purchased).

Kitchen: Tea, coffee (Nescafe or similar instant) and sugar.  This is not topped up at any stage.  We ensure there is always dishwasher, liquid hand soap and room spray.  We supply small quantities of washing powder, enough to get you started (for a few washes).

Bathroom:  2 toilet rolls 1 bar of soap Cleaning:  We will clean and replace towels and linen every 8 days.  If you stay for 8 days or less no cleans are included.  If you stay on a highly discounted “long stay” rate we will include 1 clean per month.  If you would like additional cleaning this can be quoted and arranged but will be for your account.

Electricity: We ask that you are considerate and not leave the air-conditioning on at night or when not at the apartment.  The air conditioner is in the lounge and not in the bedroom so is pointless leaving on at night.
