Our cosy and intimate restaurant offers a real treat - be it breakfast, lunch or dinner - the ideal atmosphere to share memories. Picnic baskets are available on request.

DStv channels are only available at the main lodge. There is also a children playroom next to the communal lounge area.

The pools below the 100 m waterfall are great for picnicking and swimming. The cliffs are also home to breeding colonies of endangered Bald Ibis.

The Kingfisher is fully licensed to sell Alcohol in the Lodge. The river meandering through our property, feeds the well stocked trout dams which offer excellent and exciting fishing for Rainbow, Golden and elusive Brown Trout.

The non-angler will take in the breathtaking views whilst you enjoy our newly built swimming Pool, hiking, cycling, horse-riding, picnicking, bird-watching or just strolling through our gardens and grounds. Picture perfect scenery, your camera is a must.

Most of our cottages have spectacular views of the mountains, pine forests and the valley below. Our 10 cottages are fully equipped for self-catering. The cottages are all serviced daily. Dinner bed and breakfast available to all guests. Each unit features a private patio with braai facilities and a fireplace. For an idyllic break from the city pollution, hustle and bustle - a must to re-charge your batteries.

Hackle on Pond
This chalet is located near the bank of one of the fishing dams. The unit offer views over the dams, and pine plantations as well as the valley below. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed.
