Our name was created from our very own protected Milkwood tree in our gardens. The Milkwood tree`s formal name means Iron Wood in Greek and was used for ship building. Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled, the following cancellation fees will apply to the value of the accommodation booked: - 5% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival. - 25% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 42 days prior to arrival. - 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival. - 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival or no show. - Peak season: 100% cancellation fee if cancelled.
