The Upper Deck’s central location on the Cape Peninsula means that all of Cape Town’s main attractions are within a 35-minute scenic drive, including the Table Mountain Cable Way, V&A Waterfront, the Two Oceans Aquarium, Robben Island, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Chapman’s Peak, the Cape of Good Hope (Cape Point), Boulder’s Beach penguin colony and the Constantia winelands.
To the north and south along the shoreline are Cape Town’s two picturesque harbours of Kalk Bay and Simon’s Town. Connected by scenic road, shore-hugging railway (even an antique steam train on Sundays) as well as a beautiful coastal walk, each village offers an abundance of chic terrace cafes, restaurants and bars.

The apartment consists of a Large 3 Bedroom suite with a sea facing spacious lounge (Leather lounge suite with couch and 2 single chairs), dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has a large deck with superb sea views of the whole of False Bay and the white sandy Fish Hoek beach, which offers very safe swimming.
The apartment is equipped with the following:

- Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are on request and can be obtained from reception.

- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
Deposit and Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with full payment due 7 days prior to arrival at Upper Deck. Cancellation fee is 50% of total booking up to 21 days prior to the booking thereafter the full fee is payable.
Only the registered number of guests may occupy the accommodation. Guests wishing to sleep visitors must notify the management who will allow extra visitors at its discretion. There will be a charge for these visitors. The guest accepts liability for all minors, and all visitors to the property.
Arrival and departure times:
Check in, after 2pm and check out no later than 10.00am. Kindly advise us of your expected time of arrival, should you arrive earlier than 2 pm and your apartment is not ready for occupation we will gladly keep you luggage and you can go and do some sightseeing until your apartment is ready for you.
Children and Guest Behaviour:
It should be noted that while children are accepted their behaviour should not cause other guests discomfort in any way. The Guest accepts liability for all minors, and all visitors to the property. The managers have sole discretion in determining whether behaviour is acceptable or not.
Parking:
One bay is allocated per apartment. Visitors are not permitted to park in the Upper Deck private parking area. Parking is at owners risk. No pets are permitted. No smoking is permitted inside the apartments.
Specific Apartments:
We reserve the right to change apartment allocations, which are usually based on guest requirements, length of stay and occupancy levels. We do however reserve the right to allocate guests to a different but similar apartment should the need arise. All Guests are bound the Body Corporate Rules. A disclaimer must be signed by guests on arrival.
Head for Muizenberg/Fish Hoek/Simonstown. When in Fish Hoek, continue on the Main Road (High street) until you come to a large traffic circle or roundabout, follow road to the left, which is called Simonstown Road.
No 43 is on the left, next to the first set of traffic lights about 400 metres from this traffic circle (or roundabout) on the sea side of the road.
Turn left into our parking area immediately after the traffic lights.
We regret no children under the age of 3. Children aged between 3 and 18 stay free.
