This is a beautiful Victorian mansion at the foot of Lion’s Head, which has been owned by the same family for 12 years and has a reputation for good friendly service and very special breakfasts.
This charming continental-style pension is very conveniently situated in Cape Town’s cosmopolitan upper Sea Point, close to shops, restaurants, synagogues, swimming pools, gym, promenade, The V & A Waterfront and lots more!
Our breakfasts are renowned, and consist of freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, cereals including our own homemade muesli, milk/yoghurt, homemade whole wheat seed loaf, toast, ciabata rolls, croissants, eggs to order, deli cold cuts, cheeses, tomatoes, french jams and preserves, honey, a selection of teas and excellent coffee.
Our staff are very friendly and the ambience, relaxed and informal but professional. Nothing is too much trouble! Children are welcome at the Villa Rosa.
We are situated in cosmopolitan Sea Point, which is convenient, pretty well wind-free and enjoys great weather.
Unfortunately we do not take children at the Guest House.
At the Villa Rosa we can arrange Airport transfers, Cape Town Tours, car rental and most other activities you may need while on holiday.
All our guest rooms are en-suite, and have their own telephones, TV's, mini-safes, ceiling fans, heaters, and feature damask linen.
All rooms are individually decorated with interesting art.
To reach Villa Rosa from Cape Town International airport you simply follow the N2 towards Cape Town City centre as you near the City take the Strand Street off-ramp to the left drive straight through the City, Strand Street changes into High Level Road continue on High Level Road until you reach The Villa Rosa.
