Opening up onto the gardens for breakaways under the trees, the intimate, elegantly appointed Executive Boardroom is ideal for up to 14 delegates and features its own private lounge and fireplace.
With its private bar and glass doors opening onto a sweeping balcony, the spacious Toad Hall accommodates up to 120 delegates and boasts two large fireplaces and underfloor heating for the colder months.
Located in the main building, our Private Dining Room is perfect for a private gathering of up to 12 delegates.

We also have a vintage London Taxi Cab to transport you to the chapel, and to act as a delightfully different backdrop for photographs!
Or you may prefer to tie the knot in our forest wedding venue, where your perfect day will be framed by a backdrop of magnificent trees and dappled sunlight dancing on the murmuring Crocodile River.
For larger wedding receptions, Toad Hall is ideal for up to 120 guests and boasts a private bar, underfloor heating and two fireplaces for winter months and a magnificent balcony overlooking the manicured lawns.
For receptions of up to 60 guests, Otters House on the banks of the river is a popular choice by many of our bridal couples.
In the summer months, you may prefer an outdoor wedding ceremony and reception on our perfectly manicured lawns.
For more intimate weddings, our beautifully appointed dining room can welcome up to 30 guests.

Toadbury Halls Five Star accommodation is truly world-class, with five suites and five standard rooms all offering exquisite finishes, mini-bars and DSTV. Selected suites also feature underfloor heating, air-conditioning and fireplaces.
Privately located in its own stand-alone building, the Presidential Suite offers a magnificent upstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an adjoining office area, both with doors opening onto a large balcony overlooking a pond. Downstairs is an elegant yet comfortable living room, a kitchen and an additional en-suite bedroom.
The luxurious and spacious Bridal Suite with its en-suite bathroom is located in the main building, and offers privacy and elegant intimacy.

In our 30-seater fine gourmet dining restaurant, Executive Chef Werner Snoek brings a new twist to classic culinary dishes, using fresh, local ingredients many of which are sourced from Toadbury Halls own organic gardens. The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 07h30 to 21h30.
When you visit Delicious, Toadbury Halls casual dining restaurant and coffee shop, you will be delighted at the range of superb breakfasts, light lunches and decadent desserts on offer and you will want to take home your selection from the wide variety of fresh organic foods and mouthwatering homemade products. Delicious is open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 07h30 to 16h00.
Our highly regarded al fresco picnics are freshly prepared and packed for two. While subject to change, a typical picnic will consist of a selection of cold meats, pat with mini French loaf, rare roast beef fillet with rocket and onion marmalade on a freshly baked roll, chicken kebabs, quiches, pasta salad, selection of cheeses, fruit kebabs, a selection of desserts and a bottle of house wine.
Our popular Sunday brunches take place once a month, and include a sumptuous range of hot and cold cuisine as well as a complimentary glass of champagne and unobtrusive live music.

Accommodation at Toadbury Hall:
Toadbury Hall Country House offers five Executive Suites and five Standard Rooms, all well-appointed with every luxury you desire.
All of the rooms and suites offer DSTV, air con, mini bars, digital safes and all rooms have an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
The Suites offer under-floor heating or gas fire places.
Toadbury Hall is the perfect getaway for stressed city-dwellers and those in need of some pampering and gracious country living. Situated near the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage site and only 25 km from Four Ways in Gauteng, Toadbury Hall offers a host of interesting activities close by for those energetic enough, including hot-air ballooning over the Magaliesberg, trips to the Sterkfontein Caves and Maropeng, the Old Kromdraai Gold Mine and the spectacular Wonder Cave, trout-fishing, the Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve, horseback game viewing, craft villages and a selection of international cuisine at award-winning restaurants. For those who simply need to relax, there are country walks, bass-fishing, and tennis available within the grounds of Toadbury Hall.
- Cancellation is defined as a full cancellation or partial cancellation of 50% or more of your booking. (i.e. if you book 4 rooms but later cancel 2 this is considered a cancellation)
- Cancellations received within 8 to 21 calendar days before the date of your arrival forfeit 25% of the monies received.
- Cancellations received within 2 to 7 calendar days before the date of your arrival forfeit 75% of the monies received.
- Cancellations received within 24 hours of your arrival will be billed for in full.
- The only exception is in the case of medical emergency of either yourself or your travel companion(s), in which case a doctor’s note or hospital certificate will be required.
