- Cancellations must be in writing and will be accepted up to 30 days prior to date of arrival.
- Thereafter no refunds, concessions or waivers will be considered unless the full period is re-let.
- In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
- In the case of a cancellation 0 to 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show, visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
- Cancellation 15 to 28 days before date of arrival, visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
- Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival, visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
From OR Tambo Airport:
- Take R21 to Pretoria Take Nellmapius Drive Exit. Turn left into Nellmapius Drive at top of off-ramp.
- Continue along Nellmapius passed Cornwall Hill Estate on the left Just before railway bridge, turn left into Jan Smuts Ave.
- Proceed 1.6 km along Jan Smuts Ave-Twin Rivers Estate on right hand side Enter security gate and dial 42 then option 1 at visitors’ intercom Proceed 500 m to no. 4B which is on your left.
