We are 1 km from the Umhlanga main beach and village and about 1 km from Gateway Shoppertainment centre. Other attractions within a 20 minute drive are Durban main beaches, Ushaka Marine World, Mount Edgecombe Golf Course, Zimbali Golf course, Sibaya casino, Suncoast casino.
Business People:
We are about 2 km from the Umhlanga Ridge business centre, about 20 minutes from Durban city centre, the ICC (International Convention Centre) and the Durban Exhibition Centre, about 10 minutes from Virginia airport, 35 minutes from Durban International Airport.
Accommodation at Umbrella Tree House:
We have 3 double rooms, each with a balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean. All rooms are en-suite with shower and bath.

There is a lounge and dining room which is completely separate from the main residence with DSTV in the lounge.
Outside is a lovely wooden deck beneath the trees perfect for relaxation.
Self-Catering:
Entire B&B is available as a self-catering cottage sleeping 6. Includes all bed linen and bath towels, no swimming towels. Cottage would be serviced every day except Sundays and public holidays.
Travelling North on the N2 take the Umhlanga offramp, turn right over N2, go under the white arched Millennium Bridge, take the next offramp up to Umhlanga Rocks Drive.
Turn left.
Go straight through two traffic circles.
Pass Sharks Board on your left.
After Sharks Board first right into Royal Palm (white tiled wall), first left into Windsor, first right into Pearl.
Down to T-junction which is Hilken Drive. Opposite the stop are two gates.
We are the left hand gate, sign outside for Umbrella Tree House.
