Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within 1 week of arrival, no show and early departure -full amount of reservation is charged. In the case of early departure and only if the room(s) can be re-let, we will refund the remainder.
Cancellations within 2 weeks prior to arrival 30% cancellation fee is charged.
Cancellations within 4 weeks prior to arrival forfeit 10% deposit.
Cancellations of 4 weeks and more are refundable. An administration charge of R150 is charged.
