Nestled in the Tulbagh Valley, only 90 minutes from Cape Farm lies a hidden gem, Vindoux Guest Farm and Spa. Vindoux is a family owned working farm, farming fruit and vines set in the foothills of the Saronsberg Mountains, just outside the picturesque, historic town of Tulbagh.

Embrace your romantic side in a luxury tree house for 2, complete with spa bath and endless views or treat the family to a luxury break in the 8 sleeper tree loge with private garden and swimming pool.

For budget getaways, cozy self catering cottages are the perfect retreat. Pamper yourself with natural, Fynbos inspired spa therapies including couples treatments and pregnancy massage at the day spa or indulge your taste buds at the onsite kitchen providing delicious picnics, homemade treats and a selection of local wines.

We offer in room dining over weekends to enjoy on your own private stoep or on our game viewing deck. Picnics, afternoon tea and lunches are also served in the garden.

Cycle hire is available on the farm and we have a small gym.

There also an intimate function venue ideal for small events. We also offer small garden wedding for up to 60 persons.

Accommodation at Vindoux Guest Farm:
If you would like to experience hotel suite extravagance in a unique setting, then the luxury tree houses are for you. Each of our secluded tree houses is set amongst the trees bordering the game camp or orchards, with views of the wildlife, orchards and majestic mountains right on your doorstep.

The Tree Houses sleep two and are individually styled to include an en-suite bathroom with large spa bath, high quality bed linen, fluffy robes and tea and coffee-making facilities. All you have to do is add the romance, but that certainly isnt difficult in this breath-taking environment.

Breakfast can be served directly to your tree house, or you could enjoy it on the treetop stoep, watching the zebra and wildebeest graze by. Our onsite dining also extends to a three-course dinner, so why not take the opportunity enjoy a romantic meal under the stars from your tree house? It is the ultimate intimate dining experience. Please note dinners are only available over weekends unless prior arranged with management.

The Tree Lodge sleeps between 4 and 8 people and offers the perfect home-from-home experience with the added twist of being high up amongst the trees. There are three bedrooms, which can be king-sized or twins, two of which have their own well-appointed en-suites and Juliet balconies. There is also a sleeper couch for added sleeping space. The large accommodation also includes a family bathroom, a spacious open-plan kitchen filled with all of the mod cons, a dining area and a comfortable lounge featuring a television, DVD player and decoder (please bring your own card).

Plenty of space for the whole group to spread out. Obviously you would want to make the most of the views from this gorgeous lodge, so the floor-to-ceiling roll up blinds allow endless views over the orchards and to the mountain ranges beyond. And if that wasnt enough, the Tree Lodge also has ample outside space. With its own private entrance and fenced perimeter, you are guaranteed your own little piece of Vindoux, with a large braai area with seating, a lawned garden and an enclosed pool for a refreshing dip.

Our Self-Catering Village features four cottages all named after varieties of wine grapes. Set away from the farm, they are just a short stroll through the vineyard to the pool, game camp and Spa. They are perfect for those on a budget or those looking for a family or small group getaway. We have two 2-bedroom cottages and two 1-bedroom cottages. These cute rustic cottages all have en-suite showers, with the 1-bedroom units having the added bonus of corner baths. The cottages include a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with a fireplace for the cold winter nights, bedding and towels. Outside, each cottage has its own lawn and stoep with braai area. Cottages are serviced daily and are close to our large family braai area and a small jungle gym for the kids. Well behaved small dogs welcome, but must be kept on a lead when outside as the cottages do not have private gardens.
