Vivere Holiday House - This is a great house for a couple (who can use the downstairs part of the house exclusively) or for a family or a group of friends.  It has 6 bedrooms with a single bedroom for an overflow of kids as well as an outside cottage and can sleep 12 people.

Each room is carefully and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and has an eclectic collection of art.  There are 3 sitting areas:  the conservatory which opens out onto the garden, the main sitting room with the Satellite television and the family TV room upstairs.  The house has a gourmet kitchen kitted out with all the amenities including 4 fridges, a designer Ilve gas range and everything a cook would need.  The main dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and spills out onto the pool patio dining area.

The herb garden, pool as well as the boules court and beautiful garden.  There is a wonderful summery feel when all the glass doors are open as the interior and exterior meld together.  Or alternatively, it has an internal courtyard which can be an escape from inclement weather.  The house also has a games patio with table tennis and darts and an old fashioned bower where you can have your meals in fairy-tale surroundings in the cool summer shade and cook breakfast or seafood on the Plancha or grill.

Attractions:

You can even have a wine tasting there with a selection of cheeses bought at the vibey Hermanus market which includes cheese from the Stanford area and of some of the famous Hemel-en-Aarde wines. Keen for some exercise - we are near the listed walks of the Fernkloof Nature Reserve and bring your trail running shoes too

-  If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
-  If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
-  If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
-  If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Terms and Conditions

A damage deposit of R10000 will have to be paid for big groups (6 and above) which will be refunded 14 days after leaving. We do not allow pets of any description. Please be aware that the house is serviced daily by a staff member (inclusive in the price), except on a Sunday but that could be arranged at an extra cost. Please send us a copy of your ID, Passport or drivers licence once you have made the booking this is to verify it is you arriving at the property Credit card used for online payment to be present at check-in
