Accommodation at Ya Rena Guest House: Six luxury en suite rooms are available. All the rooms have air conditioning, a bar fridge, coffee and tea facilities and DSTV. An electronic safe is available in each room for valuable items.
Occupation Arrival Time: 15:00 Should an early check-in be required, please phone ahead to make arrangements. Departure Time: 10:00 NO exceptions.
Additional Items Extra blankets, pillows and towels can be obtained from reception. Irons and ironing boards as well as hairdryers are also available from reception.
House Keeping and Laundry Service Rooms are serviced daily, 7 days per week. The laundry service, washing and ironing, is only available on weekdays. Laundry must be handed in before 09h00.

- In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking. - Cancellation 0 to 14 days before the date of arrival, the visitor forfeits 100% of the deposit paid. - Cancellation 15 to 28 days before the date of arrival, the visitor forfeits 75% of the deposit paid or 25% of the full quote value (whichever is greater). - Cancellation 29+ days before the date of arrival, the visitor forfeits 50% of the deposit paid or 25% of the full quote value (whichever is greater). - On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Ya Rena Guest House will refund the applicable amound as determined by the cancellation terms, within 5 working days. - Ya Rena Guest House levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed. - Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185.00 will be levied. - NO refund will be made for any booking not cancelled in writing. - A no-show is a non-arrival of a guest without prior notice via fax or email only. In a case of a no-show the full amount will be charged.
