With lush, open fields, rocky mountain views and tranquillity, Yarona Guest Farms is a working farm just 15 km from Clarens and offers guests a relaxing getaway to appreciate the freedom the farm has to offer.
Guests have a choice of cabins that have private entrances and comprises 1 or 2 bedrooms and private bathrooms. The open-plan cabins have private kitchenettes and living areas with a fireplace for the colder evenings, and for convenience, one bag of firewood is provided.
Opening onto a private terrace with lovely views of the surroundings, guests have use of braai facilities, parking, and a communal children’s play area.
The farm offers hiking and walking, and the fauna consists mainly of shy game, large birds, baboons, as well as venomous and non-venomous snakes, and guests are asked to please take care.
Accessed by stairs, the lovely cabins have private entrances and terraces with lovely views of the surroundings. The one cabin is furnished with comfortable double beds, while the other 2 cabins are furnished with double or single beds, as well as a third person on a single bed on request at an additional cost. The cabins have private bathrooms with baths and overhead showers, hot water, and linen towels and extra bedding are provided. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, and an oven in some, a fridge, tea and coffee station, cutlery and crockery, and a dining area. The lounge has a cosy fireplace, a TV with DStv, and opens onto the terrace. A bag of firewood is provided.

Groenhoek Guest Farms offer three cabins. each open plan cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom, and living areas. Enjoying lovely views, the cabin has 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower overhead. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a fridge, and the lounge has a TV, and fireplace, opening onto a balcony.

Terms and Conditions
Pets live on the property but stay close to the farmhouse.
Regrettably, pets cannot be accommodated.
There is a potential for noise, as the working farm is close to the R712, and the dogs will bark at wild animals passing through in the evenings and sometimes in the morning.
Stairs provide access to the cabins.
Please note, guests may encounter potentially dangerous animals when walking near the cabins or exploring the farm.

- This route has gravel roads.
- Head south-east to exit the airport and continue for 1.6 km;
- Turn left to merge onto the N8 towards Maseru and continue for 119 km;
- Continue straight onto the R26 towards Ladybrand and continue for 115 km;
- Turn right onto the R711 towards Fouriesburg/Clarens and continue for 35.1 km;
- Turn right onto the R712 towards Harrismith and continue for 12.7 km;
- Turn right towards and enter Groenhoek Farm and follow the road to reach the Yarona Guest Farms.
