Yield House - Located just south of the Namibian border, defined by the Orange river, Port Nolloth provides a tranquillity unrivalled anywhere in South Africa. There is easy access to the famous Namaqualand where the flowers are a sight to behold.
The House:
Adorned with sandstone carvings, our sea front home has an undisturbed view of the sea, the dolphins and the boats. The bedrooms are massive and the beds are comfortable. The West Coast of South Africa offers a true escape from any form of busy-ness. The house is self catering and comfortably sleeps 12 people. The 4 bedrooms can each take 2 people, 2 of them have 3/4 sleeper couches, and there is a separate cottage. A double garage keeps your vehicles in off street parking and in their own type of comfort.
En suite room:
An en suite room in the secluded courtyard. The courtyard affords protection from the Port Nolloth wind for that all important braai. Ideal for a couple or individual who is interested in spending time exploring the countryside, seeing the sites and experiencing the Namaqualand. There is no sea view, but the private entrance provides easy access to the beach.
The home has 180-degree sea views from the living, dining room and porch with outdoor braai facilities. The rooms have king-size or single beds and 2 shower-only bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has a fireplace, DStv and Wi-Fi.
This cosy unit has a room with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The living area has a double sleeper couch, kitchenette, dining area and an indoor braai. The unit opens to an outdoor courtyard and does not have a sea view.
The large windows and deck offer wonderful sea views. The bedroom has 2 single beds that can convert to a king-size bed and a full private bathroom. The living area has a double sleeper couch, a Smart TV, a kitchenette, an indoor braai and Wi-Fi access.
