-  If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
-  If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
-  If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Directions:

From JHB/Midrand/East Rand - take the GARSFONTEIN Turn-off. Turn RIGHT at top of exit and follow the road (Garsfontein Road) in an eastern direction. You will pass Menlyn on left. A bit further Menlyn Motor City on right. Cross HANS STRYDOM (Solomon MAHLANGU) Drive. Woodlands Golf Estate will be on your left just after & Pretoria East Hospital on right When you get to WOODLANDS BOULEVARD - you have to proceed for another 10km. When you get to a Q4 garage and OK Grocer on your left you must go VERY slow. Put on your indicators – you will be turning RIGHT in 700m AFTER the shopping centre at Plot 28B. (Signage on big board) You have arrived at "Three Thymes INN"
